Villas are very modern and the location is good - both close to the beach and the Koog village. There are a few ways the experience could be improved - for example, having a full breakfast/brunch service as an option rather than having to think about where to get it first thing in the morning. One of the trash cans in the villa wasn’t emptied when we checked in. The fireplace in the living room was not working. For this premium price you would expect the place to be spotless and everything in working order. Additional amenities, such as a restaurant and a SPA would be needed. It’s not convenient to have to drive all the way up to Cocksdorp to enjoy the swimming pool.

Beautiful and well-maintained villa with all amenities. A short distance from the center and within walking distance (15 minutes) of the beach. A windbreak behind the house would be desirable, as would better lighting of the paths.

Really nice villa. Maybe not the cheapest holiday rental but definitely worth every single euro. The villa was spacious with good quality beds, nice rooms and big ensuite bathrooms. All the equipment was there and every item in the villa was from a known brand from a high end quality. Kitchen was really well equipped and coming from a professional Chef i think that's a big compliment for the park. Even on holiday i normally only go out for dinner the kitchen convinced me to cook at the villa as well. It was a pleasure staying here and definitely will go back. If one small notice to the park manager, maybe connect the tv to the wifi network in advance, this took us a minute to figure out to be able to watch our Netflix. Thanks for the great experience and the welcome package we found upon arrival!

Beautiful park with spacious rooms and several bathrooms. The inventory is really complete, everything was present and in ample sizes. We can't think of anything that wasn't there and everything of quality, not like at Landaal where your cooking pots and cutlery of different types are packed together. The accommodation is modern and complete. No sagging sofas and/or beds. Highly recommended and worth coming back again.

Beautiful and spacious villas fully equipped. It costs a bit, but it's worth it (new, luxurious and not dated). We had the 6 person villa. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath and sauna. Gas fireplace. Smart TV. Good WiFi connection. Spacious garden. Good kitchen with dishwasher, combination microwave, etc. Combi washer/dryer. Does not dry very well, so better hang up the laundry for faster results. The park itself has few facilities (but does have charging stations for electric cars). However, you can use the facilities of the Krim holiday park (swimming pool, etc.) and the Shelter campsite across the street free of charge. The service is good. We rented a wheelchair during our stay. This was neatly in the hallway when we checked in. Everything is easily accessible by car from the park (de Koog beach, Ecomare, etc.).
